Walk for Nepal is a common platform for organizing walkathons in cities worldwide to mobilize individuals and organizations interested in the development of Nepal. It aims to tap the collective potential of the fast growing population of Nepalis in the US and around the world to make meaningful contributions to Nepal.
This year, Walk for Nepal is partnering with Reaping Hope (RH) along with 2 other organizations and will be raising fund for different projects. Reaping Hope will extend its Sponsor A Grandparent program to Mandan Deupur- Kavre, where 10 grandparents will get monthly ration for a whole year. RH will also conduct an Eye Camp in the area for free Cataract Surgeries for senior citizens if the targeted amount is raised through Walk For Nepal.
